New World Hotels & Resorts is a five-star hotel brand committed to expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. Our focus is on first- and second-tier cities, as well as key resort destinations.

We are one of the few 5-star hotel brands in the region with property development expertise: our parent group, New World Development Company Limited (Stock Code: 17.HK), owns many hotels under multiple brands, giving us an owner’s experience and perspective. We understand and respect your needs and business objectives. Our commitment is to offer dedicated, personalised service to all our partners and hotels in order to maximise return on investment.

New World Hotels plans to triple the size of its portfolio over the next five years, which is attracting owners wanting to be part of our exciting growth story. We have a proven track record and excellent reputation in Asia-Pacific, with seven hotels operating in mainland China and Hong Kong, two hotels in Manila and one hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition to new hotel openings across China (11 hotels are already under development), New World Hotels is developing strategic relationships in several other markets in Asia-Pacific, including but not limited to Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia and South Korea.

Project management:
New World Group offers expert project management services, including strategic planning, budgeting, critical paths, design supervision, construction site control, financial systems and accounting, and coordination of a wide variety of disciplines. These services can be offered under a separate agreement to provide a seamless development management and hotel management solution to owners.
Residential sales:
New World Group is a major residential developer with a proprietary database of international buyers that can be leveraged to promote sales of branded residences within mixed-use projects.
