Different development opportunities are offered for all associates at every level, including external and internal educational programmes, cross exposure experiencs, and short-term assignments at the corporate office or sister hotels.

We offer internship programme for those who are still in full-time education so that students can gain practical work experience to supplement their learning.

A corporate management trainee programme provides graduates a fast-track career path in the industry. It is a combination of classroom training and on-the-job learning that takes place in various group hotels.
