Over 15 years international hotel experience with at least 5 years in position of Resident Manager / Director of Operation; Ever in charge of the operation of Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing and Rooms
Strong business acumen, able to perform budgeting, forecasting
Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Mandarin is an advantage
