Director of Operations

Minimum 10 years experience in hotel industry and at least 3 years in managerial capacity is a must
Strong business acumen, able to perform budgeting, forecasting
Knowledge of system Opera (Fidelio) is in advantage
Excellent in customer relations and good interpersonal skills; proven team player
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Mandarin is an advantage
